Hi, I’m Rachael! I’m a Spiritual Life Coach, Counselor, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Healer. At my core, I’m an intuitive seeker who finds meaning and beauty in everyday life.
My path into this work was shaped by both professional and personal transformation. Navigating significant health challenges inspired me to look beyond surface-level healing and explore the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration. I’ve also spent years working as a School Counselor with students from Pre-K through 12th grade. These experiences strengthened my ability to connect with others and support them through growth, transition, and self-discovery.
My passion for health and holistic wellness also led me to become a certified Personal Trainer and earn a certification in Sports Nutrition. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about reconnecting with yourself.
In my work, I use life coaching alongside Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and other grounding techniques. Every person is different, so I draw from these practices based on what feels most helpful and supportive for you.
When I’m not working, I love being outdoors, hiking, and enjoying the little things that make each day meaningful. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always come from one life-changing moment. Often, it happens through small realizations, learning to trust yourself, and making choices that feel right for you.
Above all, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and free to be yourself. My goal is to help you work through what you’re facing, reconnect with yourself, and make changes that feel genuine and lasting.
